Customer Reviews & Feedback

Exceptional quality from enquiry to assembly
Beast Sheds were excellent from my first enquiry through delivery and assembly. The shed is exceptionally well made, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Superb shed with clear communication throughout
I placed my order online, and they called to verify all the details. Communication was excellent, and delivery and fitting went perfectly. The shed is superb quality. I would use them again, although I suspect this one may outlast me.

Bespoke triangular shed with exceptional support
Service was exceptional throughout. Our unusually shaped garden needed a shed shaped like half a triangle, and they built it to my measurements. Sophie answered my many questions patiently and professionally. I postponed installation twice because the base was not ready, but when delivery day came, the two friendly installers arrived exactly on time and reassured me they had sufficient space. I left for work and returned amazed by the timber quality and the shed's appearance. Worth every penny. Thank you, Beast Sheds, from the Strong family.

Efficient service and helpful traffic-delay updates
Ordering, delivery and on-site assembly were handled very efficiently. Even a traffic delay was managed well, with regular updates about arrival time. I was very impressed. Thank you. I would strongly recommend them.

First-rate team and reassuring follow-up
The whole experience was first-rate. They kept in regular contact about progress and timings, and the two professional installers completed the fitting on schedule. The office called the same day to check our satisfaction. After researching suppliers extensively, I would choose them again without looking elsewhere. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Their boss should be proud.

Helpful reassurance after ordering difficulties
I had some difficulty ordering through the website, but Sophie answered my concerns helpfully over the phone and reassured me. I proceeded with the order, received confirmation and had a follow-up call to check the details. There was a small issue with the shed ordered, but we resolved it, and I hope the final product will be exactly what I need.

Helpful staff and a fantastic finished shed
The experience was excellent throughout. Sophie on reception was lovely and very helpful, and the two delivery and installation lads were great too. The shed looks fantastic and is sturdy and well made. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
