Choosing the right size

I ordered the ‘Beast’ version of an 8x 6 Apex shed with extra floor runners. A bit more expensive than some competitors, but I wanted a robust shed and it certainly is, and the quality looks excellent. The internal shelves are also very robust. Like other reviewers I was slightly surpriser by the amount of moisture coming out of kiln dried tannalised timber, but I’m happy to wait for it to settle down. The installers were fantastic, very helpful, removed my old shed and were happy to adjust the positioning after the new one was built. All in all 5 stars, worth the money if you can afford the Beast version. 09/06/2026

I'd been looking for a reverse pent shed for some time and specifically one that was very narrow and this was pretty much the only one out there that fit the bill. Secondly, I wanted a tantalised product that would last a long time. Again, it seems that this is not commonly offered, with most (cheap) sheds being just dip treated. From start to finish, this has been a very pleasant experience. The ordering process, communications, delivery, installation and of course the final product - all first class. The shed is now in its third year and has withstood the wettest winter in years without any problems at all. Gales - it blows them back, and keeps its roof on. The website with all it pictures and shed builder wizard was great to use. The delivery/construction men worked very fast. Sadly there had been a mistake with the panels supplied and so they had to come back another day to finish the job. What a beautiful shed, (if sheds can be beautiful). It was delivered at the specified time and erected quickly by two friendly and efficient workers. The finished shed looks secure, and is secure. The build quality is excellent and the fittings are second to none. Since the shed was erected in early March 2012 it seems to have rained continuously, but the interior of the shed has remained perfectly dry and from its construction.
