Caring service and punctual, easy installation

I cannot fault the company. After ordering, I received a delivery date a few weeks away, followed by an email confirming the date and time slot shortly beforehand. The two installers arrived as expected, checked my requirements and completed assembly in less than about ninety minutes. The result is a sturdy, well-built shed that should last for years. Highly recommended.

Helpful delivery team, but aftercare needs clarification
Ordering in the office was quick and straightforward. The shed arrived on the promised date, ahead of the scheduled time, and one of the lads helped me finish clearing the area. They also pulled through the electrical cabling. Thank you. My only uncertainty concerns the aftercare advice. I understand that tanalised timber must dry fully before coating, but I am unclear how capillary action relates to this.

Cheerful installation of two school sheds
We have just had two sheds fitted at our school. Delivery was punctual, and the three excellent installers chatted with the children as they worked. They stayed cheerful despite the rain and having to carry the larger shed furthest from the car park. Both sheds look lovely and seem sturdy. Thank you.

Excellent replacement service with payment on completion
Customer service was excellent. After I found my preferred shed and started an online chat, Sophie called to answer my questions and confirm installation. The delivery team were punctual, polite and professional. They dismantled my old shed and installed the new one in under an hour. Strong shed that justified our investment
We were initially hesitant about the cost but wanted a strong shed, and it has met our expectations. It is solid, well designed and well built. Magila helped us kindly with ordering, while Josh and Ernie assembled it quickly and precisely, paying attention to every detail. Nearly three weeks on, we remain delighted and would confidently recommend Beast Sheds.

Quality shed and fitting, but an invoice dispute
The online menu made configuring my shed simple, and the company accepted payment partly by credit card and partly in cash. Installation was friendly and quick. The price is higher than some, but the product and service are high quality. To explain why I did not give five stars: the installers' invoice for removing my old shed was incorrect. It took two calls and showing my email quote before the error was accepted. Having to dispute £10 after an £1,800 order was disappointing.

Excellent timber and dedicated installers in heavy rain
The polite receptionist guided us through the options for a shed suited to our needs. The wait was two weeks. Three well-mannered installers arrived on fitting day and continued working through a heavy downpour, getting soaked but completing assembly quickly. They deserve full credit, and I strongly recommend the company. We also received a courtesy call a couple of weeks later to check our satisfaction. The timber in our standard pent shed was better than in any alternative we had viewed.
